building brand voice with a new product rollout

Suzanne was hired by the public relations firm Wolf Craft to write a blog post for their client, the furniture design firm Pair. The aim was to showcase their invention of an ingenious locker system. Written in the voice of two Pair staffers, a brand ambassador and an engineer, the piece had to convey technical aspects of the design process, while also amplifying brand identity. They wanted the copy to be intellectual and playful, with a tongue-in-cheek edge. Suzanne crafted the copy and section titles for the post accordingly.
